No-Show & Late Policy: Freckled Esthetics charges 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full session fee. No Guests or Children: Due to the intimate space, I ask that you come alone to your appointment. This allows for a more focused and comfortable experience, especially since many services require you to have your eyes closed and remain still. If you need to bring a guest there is a waiting area but not in the room services are provided in. Sickness & Emergencies: Life happens, and I am human too. If you’re unable to make your appointment due to sickness or an emergency, please reach out to me as soon as possible.
